A Refreshing Stay with Really good Service!

During my recent visit, I experienced fantastic service from Emily at the front desk. She offered me a cup of coffee after I arrived chilly in the evening. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the nearby dining options made it convenient. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

Our queen room had climate control, TV set and a work desk. The staff were wonderful and cheerful, helped us with every request. Booked the hotel for its comfy location close to stores, Lancaster and acceptable restaurants.

Their staff were a bit rude.

Having to wait for check-in because the room wasn't ready is unacceptable!!! The noise level from other guests was unbearable. Clean towels should be provided without asking multiple times!!! Improve room readiness and address loud guests!!!

The queen room was simple but had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked well, and I had a microwave and fridge for my snacks. Shower was good, and the TV had nice cable channels. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, and overall, the place felt safe with security cameras all around.

The rooms were super tidy and decorated in fresh, vibrant colors that energized my stay. I couldn't get enough of the classic outdoor swimming pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up some sun! Plus, the staff were pretty good too.

The queen room was pretty nice! Clean, spacious enough, and I loved having a microwave and fridge. Just wish it had some larger space though. The furniture felt modern, a plus. The air conditioning was a little noisy at times, but it kept the room cool. Very comfy for a night's stay.
